It’s a beautiful summer dress with boat neck and narrow V opening. It;’s a three-tier dress with bishop & flounce sleeves, a pastel blue piping around the yoke area, it comes with a slip and has intricate hand embroidery and applique lotuses in shades of blue over pearl white on Modal silk.
