Shipping policy

  1. Orders between $50-$150 are charged with flat rate of $30. whereas orders between $150- $200 are charged $20. Orders above $200 fave free shipping.
  2. Customs and duties will have to be paid on arrival of the order by the customer, if applicable;
  3. Once the order is placed a confirmation email/SMS will be send on the registered email address and contact number of the customer respectively. If you wish to cancel your order you can contact us within 24 hours of confirming the order. Neither the request of cancellation will be entertained nor the charged amount will be refunded after 24 hours of placing the order as the production for the same would have begun.
  4. Delivery of the products vary from product to product. Please read the product description for the details about the delivery time before placing the order.
  5. If you purchase products from multiple designers, these products may reach you at different times i.e., your complete order may reach you in instalments.
  6. All deliveries require the named person’s signature or OTP that will be sent by us, to be shared with the delivery agent. Please ensure you’re available at your selected delivery address.
  7. Invalid address will lead to cancellation of any order by Kamakhyaa. For re-delivering the order extra shipping charges will be charged.
  8. Delays owing to customs, interstate regulations, strikes or any unforeseen circumstances the delivery outage are unfortunately out of our control, however we will communicate the status to you at all times. In such delays in orders, can only be cancelled if the delay is beyond 30 days from the actual shipping time. If not, such orders cannot be cancelled. Delays due to designers’ production capacities will be captured at the outset and communicated to you. The customers may reserve the rights to accept or cancel the order only if the delay is due to designers’ production capacities;
  9. In case of non-serviceable pin codes or due to COVID-19 regulation please expect a delay in shipment;
  10. If we fail to deliver products due to product or size unavailability or poor product quality, we will cancel your order and offer you a refund back;
