Refund policy

 

The terms set out herein shall form an integral part of Our Terms and Conditions which You may access here. You acknowledge that these terms of refunds, returns and exchange are limited to direct sale by Us to You and that these terms of refunds, returns and exchange are not available in case of a sale by a third party. These terms apply for all modes of purchases made from Us on the Site,social media platforms, WhatsApp or any other online mode of communication through Our customer relations executives or at our offline exhibitions. 

We are committed towards customer satisfaction and highly recommend you to read our policy carefully.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

  • Refunds will be made only in accordance with the terms herein and in the form of store credit, only. 
  • In case of a refund, return or exchange, a restocking fee will be charged @15% of the Maximum Selling Price (not the discounted price) of the product.
  • Store credits issued against refunds or returns will be valid for a period of 6 months from the date of issuance.
  • A product once delivered cannot be returned or exchanged, unless it is a ready to ship product with no alteration/customisation.
  • Goods once sold can only be exchanged for replacement or returned along with the original invoice for store credit, provided they meet Our terms and conditions.
  • All exchanges, including change of size are subject to availability and Our specific confirmation.
  • Any product exchanged once will be considered as customised and not be eligible for further exchange.
  • Since we keep limited inventory and do not have all sizes available at all times, if the request for exchange cannot be processed, the store credit may be provided in accordance with the terms herein.
  • Any request for return/  exchange must be placed by You within 24 hours of delivery by Us. No requests placed beyond this period would be entertained.
  • A product returned to Us as per these terms, can only be exchanged for another product or store credit. Store credit will be given upon receipt of product by Us and upon confirmation by Us that the product is in fact exchangeable / returnable as per these terms.
  • Products will be considered for exchange or return only if it is unworn and in perfect condition, and with all tags still attached. Products that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to You.
  • Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
  • Goods are faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. If You would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining store credit, please be aware that
  • We can only replace it for the same product in the same size, subject to availability. Where possible, We will offer to repair faulty items.
  • In case of any return/exchange, the shipping charges for sending the product to Us will be borne by You. Additionally, a restocking fee will be charged @15% of the Maximum Retail Price of the product which will include the shipping charges for exchange of the new product.
  • You will be solely responsible to ensure that the product is delivered to Us is in good condition and we will not be held liable for any damage caused to the product during transit.
  • If the style doesn't suit You, We can offer you store credit voucher valid for 6 months provided the piece is unworn and intact with all the tags and labels and sent back to us by You. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and will not account for the amount of the store credit voucher.

Guidelines:

  • Accessories including jewellery, clutches, wallets, bags, scarves, and belts as well as intimate wear will not be eligible for return, exchange or cancellation by You. Any other product identified as non-returnable, non-refundable or non-exchangeable at the time of purchase will be deemed to be so. In case of query, feel free to get in touch with us. 
  • All custom made orders are non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable. For detailed description of what includes custom made, please refer to the product description.
  • Where provided, belts and any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags, and leather tags should be included with Your return/exchange. You need to make sure that the product received is in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, unwashed with tags, authenticity cards, dust bags, designer boxes, hangers, freebies, if any, and in its original packaging.
  • All shoes should be tried on a carpeted surface only. If the sole is scratched, We will not be able to accept the return/exchange of such product.
  • There will be no refunds for orders to which any kind of discounts were applied. For the purposes of these terms, “discount” includes a sale, discount/offer code or coupon.
  • If an order has three or more than three products then it will be considered as a bulk order. Return/refund for such orders would not be possible.
  • We do not accept requests for return with size issues. Each product has clear measurements of sizes to which customers are requested to go through carefully, before making a purchase. Clients can initiate an exchange, provided they meet Our terms and conditions.
  • Products returned under the policy of returns & exchange will be subject to quality testing/inspection.
  • Please check the list of non-returnable or non-exchangeable products at the end of the policy. Kamakhyaa may update this list from time to time and without any prior intimation to you.
  • To start a return, refund or exchange request as per our policies, you can contact us at contactus@kamakhyaa.com. If your request is accepted, you will be requested to send us back the package. If you are not the actual purchaser but received the product from a Kamakhyaa customer (for example as a gift) you will have to request the concerned Kamakhyaa customer to initiate the return process. Shipping charges would be solely borne by the sender. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and Other Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. Contact us at contactus@kamakhyaa.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Cancellation Policy

  • We shall not be able to accept any cancellation if Your order has been placed via online payment on the website.
  • In case an order has been cancelled as per applicable terms and conditions, You will be entitled to only receive store credit in lieu thereof.
  • As also provided in our terms and conditions, in case of requests for order cancellations, We reserve the right to accept or reject such requests. As part of usual business practice, if We receive a cancellation notice within 24 hours of placing the order, we could cancel the order and refund the entire amount. If Your order is duly cancelled, the amount paid by You will be reversed to your account within 5 to 14 working days of receiving your bank account details for such reversal. We can not process a cash refund under any circumstances. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed (including cases where the order has been processed within the first 24 hours) or orders for which cancellation request is received after the expiry of the first 24 hours from placing the order. We have the full discretion to decide whether an order has been processed or not. You agree not to dispute the decision made by Us in this regard. It is clarified that after the expiry of the first 24 hours after placing the order, You would not be entitled to cancel the order and receive a refund.
