The dynamic blouse is crafted with drawstrings to ruche up and change not only the sleeve length but also the overall all look of the garment. The subtle gather detailing and flair gives this timeless blouse an endearing feminine charm. This layered skirt tailored in Kala cotton and self checkered cotton involves the wearer in the process of choice and interchangeability. The underneath sheer layer is pleated along with stitch lines while the upper asymmetrical layer gives the freedom to wear it in four ways.
