We do not accept requests for return with size issues. Each product has clear measurements of sizes to which customers are requested to go through carefully, before making a purchase.
We do not accept requests for return for products that are customised or are “Made To Order”.
Any footwear sought to be returned or exchanged, should be unused. Thus footwear worn for trial purposes must be done on a carpeted surface. Footwear with worn soles will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Accessories such as face masks, jewelry and bags will also not be accepted.
Products returned under the policy of returns & exchange will be subject to quality testing/inspection.
Please check the list of non-returnable or non-exchangeable products at the end of the policy. Kamakhyaa may update this list from time to time and without any prior intimation to you.
Damages and Other Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. Contact us at email@example.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We have a 48 hours return policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return due to any other reason than as listed under “Damages & Issues”, please make sure that your item is in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, unwashed with tags ,authenticity cards, dust bags, designer boxes, hangers, freebies, if any, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, you will be requested to send us back the package. If you are not the actual purchaser but received the product from a Kamakhyaa customer (for example as a gift) you will have to request the concerned Kamakhyaa customer to initiate the return process. Shipping charges would be solely borne by the sender. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Shipping cost of the items that are returned due to damage or wrong product delivery shall be borne solely by KAMAKHYAA.
You will be solely responsible to ensure that the product is delivered to Kamakhyaa in good condition and Kamakhyaa will not be held liable for any damage caused to the product during transit.
You must be located in India as this facility is not available to patrons located outside India.
You may be eligible for exchange of the product should it be damaged or incorrect. Kindly refer to the policy of “Damages & Other issues”. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned. Customers are requested to check this condition before making a purchase from each product description. Please feel free to Whatsapp us at +919910707750 for queries. We also do not accept returns for customised orders or products available on made to order or accessories.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Customers would have 24 hours to cancel their order after which, no cancellation requests would be entertained. If you need to make any amendments to your purchase, please contact us at +919910707750 or write to us within 24 hours of your purchase and we’ll see what we can do.
If any return/exchange request has been accepted, kindly note the following:
- Kamakhyaa will send you a confirmatory e-mail upon receiving the products. Upon undertaking a quality test and inspecting the product, Kamakhyaa will inform you about its decision with respect to acceptance or rejection of the products within 2 (two) working days of receiving the product.
- If Kamakhyaa accepts the return/exchange request, the value of the product returned/exchanged will be credited back to your bank within 5-14 working days of receiving the product. However, if Kamakhyaa rejects the return/exchange we will ship the product back to you.
