How do I redeem an existing Gift Card?

You can use gift card code at the time of checkout under “Apply coupon”. If you’re facing any specific issue related to a gift card, you can contact us at contactus@kamakhyaa.com.

Can I add a gift note to my order?

Yes, you can add a gift note at the checkout page. We will print that note and send it with loads of warmth to your loved one!

Do I have to create an account to redeem the gift card?

The recipient of the gift card needs to register at our website, if have to be a registered customer to be able to redeem the gift card.

This gift card entitles the registered user to purchase merchandise from our website www.kamakhyaa.com for the face value of the gift card mentioned at the time of purchase.

This gift card cannot be redeemed for cash.

This gift card is valid for 6 (six) months from the date of issue. Neither the validity of gift cards shall be extended nor can new gift cards be issued against the expired/unused gift cards.

Kamakhyaa is not liable for delivery of Gift Cards to an incorrect or non-existent email address and will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

This gift card is non-transferable and cannot, in part or in whole, be (i) redeemed for cash/gift vouchers/credit notes; (ii) refunded; or (iii) substituted.

If the invoice value is greater than the gift card value, the customer must pay the balance amount.

Gift card value will have to be redeemed in one order. Any remaining balance on the gift card will not be carried forward for any subsequent purchase.

Kamakhyaa shall not be held liable for any unauthorised and/or fraudulent purchases made using this gift card.

Kamakhyaa reserves the right to reject any gift card if it reasonably suspects that the gift card has been utilized or if the promo-code is invalid or if you are not the intended recipient.
