Loneliness is an adverse level of isolation but wanting to relate with humans. It is simply the act of staying alone from human contact due to certain circumstances or situations. 

However, loneliness can be overcome if the right things are in place and the necessary steps are taken. But one of the surest ways of fighting loneliness is friendship and this is very vital.

Friendship is a very vital relationship agreement between two or more people to help and support each other. Friendship can occur between the same sex or with the opposite sex depending on their bond of agreement. Moreover, it is important to know that friendship is suitable for overcoming any form of loneliness. The issue of friendship can never be overrated in the life of an individual.

At this stage, it is important to know that friendship can limit the loneliness in one's life and revive one's mind. There is a saying that there is a friend that sticks to oneself rather than a brother.   • Many have chosen to keep their issues to themselves. But along the way, they died of depression as a result of too much thinking. Don't ever keep your pains to yourself, share them with your friends.

  • Friendship can help you to overcome the feelings of loneliness when you interact often with your friends. Let them know that you love them and tell them how much you want them around you all the time. So, in essence, ensure you create quality communication with your friends via phone calls, text-chat, and physical appearance.

    This is a very essential thing to do. Never stay isolated when passing through hard times. Decide to visit different event centers with your friends and have fun.
